Note: You must make backlinks from relevant websites only. Google considers the relevancy of backlinks first, the quality comes later. Suppose if you have a health blog, then a backlink from a PR4 health website is healthier for your blog than another link coming from a PR7 blogging niche website. So select web 2.0 website for your niche very carefully and start making good backlinks.
